Professor Dr. Adlina Suleiman
Professor of Community Medicine & Healthcare Management
Professor Dr. Adlina Suleiman is a senior academic with over 35 years of experience in medical education, public health, and healthcare management. She has served in leading Malaysian institutions including University of Malaya (UM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM), and MAHSA University, and has played a key role in establishing three medical schools in Malaysia.
Her expertise spans community medicine, environmental and occupational health, healthcare operations, and clinical governance. She has extensive experience in curriculum development, accreditation (MQA), and postgraduate supervision, and has contributed to both public and private healthcare system development, including early involvement in the University Malaya Specialist Centre and Mawar Medical Centre.
Her current academic and professional interests focus on integrative health, stress physiology, and the application of mind-body medicine in improving resilience, productivity, and overall wellbeing in clinical and organisational settings.
