Optimizing Brain Health Across the Lifespan: From Childhood to Healthy Aging

Welcome Message from the President

Distinguished speakers, esteemed colleagues, and honored guests,

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 6th MAAFIM International Conference.

This year’s theme, “Optimizing Brain Health Across the Lifespan: From Childhood to Healthy Aging,” reflects a significant paradigm shift. We are moving away from viewing brain health solely through the lens of disease management and toward a lifelong continuum that demands proactive, preventive, and personalized care.

At MAAFIM, we are deeply committed to a healthcare model that recognizes optimal neurological function begins in early development, is shaped throughout adulthood, and ultimately determines the quality of our aging process.

Our goal for this conference is to bridge diverse disciplines and emerging scientific insights. We aim to unravel the complex, interconnected nature of brain health while equipping practitioners with practical, evidence-based strategies for everyday clinical practice.

“Together, we have the opportunity to transform the future of brain health and advance truly integrative, patient-centered care.” Dr. Paramjit Kaur
President, MAAFIM
